National Federations are reminded that the new Timing requirements come into effect for Senior Jumping Championships and Games as of 2007 (for all other international Jumping events these regulations will come into effect on 1 January 2009). National Federations are requested to inform the relevant Organising Committees accordingly and provide the FEI with the name and address of the manufacturer of the timekeeping equipment to be used at such Championships and Games. The updated Timing requirements as well as information on the testing procedure can be found on the FEI website at the following link: http://www.horsesport.org/s/documents/technical_info.lasso under the subheading “Procedure for the approval of timing equipment.” These documents will also be sent by e-mail to all National Federations.
