Vorläufiges Ergebnis musikwissenschaftlicher Identifizierung 2015: Lachnit wirkte u.a. als Hornist in der Hofkapelle Zweibrücken. Bei dem vorliegegenden Objekt handelt es sich nicht vordergründig um eine Komposition Lachnits, sondern um ein Pasticcio aus verschiedenen Arien der Komponisten Paisiello, Cimarosa, Mozart, Haydn, Händel, Naumann, Gossec und Philidor. Arrangiert und zusammengestellt wurde es gemeinschaftlich von Kalkbrenner und Lachnit, das Libretto stammt von Chédeville, Deschamps und Desprès. [Quelle: MGG2,Pt, 10/984f.]
