It has been conjectured that under very general conditions this limit is an invariant measure for the semi-group. Recently Mountford proved it when d = 1 using ABL coupling. Here we present a shorter proof using relative entropy. We are able to extend these methods to replace the finite range assumption by an exponential decay condition.
